The villa is located on a peaceful private road and surrounded by paved walkways and mature trees. An internal side gate leads unto the walled parking bays. The same access leads unto the swimming pool and solarium area, which are open from June. The entire property is fenced, making it ideal for children and pets too and all outside areas are at your disposal, at our discretion. The Pisciotto beach is merely a few minutes walk away, as are bar Cala Rossa and seafood restaurant La Sorgente.
